Return & Exchange Policy

with Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014. Therefore, we offer a clear and
flexible return and exchange policy as follows:
1. Return Policy
You may request a return and refund in the following cases:
• If the product is defective or has a manufacturing fault.
• If you received a product that does not match your order or specifications.
• If you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, provided
that:
◦ The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
◦ The item is in its original unopened packaging, with the seal unbroken.
◦ All accessories and the original invoice are included with the product.
Important Notes:
• Used or operated items cannot be returned.
• Consumable items such as coffee, filters, or tasting tools cannot be returned once
opened.
• If your return is approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method
within 7 business days, after inspection and confirmation.
2. Exchange Policy
Exchange Conditions:
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original sealed packaging.
• All accessories must be included.
• The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
3. Exceptions to Return & Exchange
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Items that have been used or operated (e.g., coffee machines that were filled or
tested).
• Opened consumable products (e.g., coffee, sugar, filters).
• Products purchased under special promotions that clearly state “non-returnable or
non-exchangeable”.
• Custom orders or items made to customer specifications.
4. International Shipping (Outside Kuwait)
For our customers outside the State of Kuwait, please note the following:
• International orders can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt,
provided that:
◦ The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
◦ The product is in its original sealed packaging.
◦ The original invoice is included with the return.
• The customer is responsible for covering all:
◦ International return or exchange shipping fees.
◦ Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees applicable in their
country.
• Only the product value will be refunded, excluding shipping or clearance fees,
after inspection and approval of return conditions.
